shipping policy

everything ships from my little studio in savannah, georgia via usps, and every package goes out with tracking and insurance 📦

  • orders go out within 2–5 business days
  • north america: usually lands in 3–8 business days from when you order
  • international: usually 2–3 weeks
  • in a hurry? grab a faster option at checkout

real talk: those delivery times are estimates, not promises, once usps has your package it's in their hands lol.

please double check your address at checkout! if you need to change it after ordering, message me right away and i'll do my best.

refund policy

changed your mind? no stress. i take returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • just message me within 7 days of delivery to get things started
  • everything needs to come back unworn and undamaged
  • ship it back within 7 days of delivery, return shipping's on you
  • check with me before you send anything back pls
  • need to cancel instead? you've got 5 hours after you order
  • once your return's back with me, your refund goes to however you paid

crystal note: natural stones sometimes have little scratches, chips, or inclusions, that's just how the earth made them. i photograph everything as honestly as i can, and i'm always happy to send extra pics. but heads up, crystals can break if dropped, and i can't repair or refund pieces that break after you've been wearing them.
